Dodgeball Playoffs
Format
This is a 8 team seeded double elimination playoff bracket. Double elimination means that a team is knocked out of the playoffs after they have lost 2 matches. Each round, teams will play a best of 3 games series to complete one match. First team to win 2 games will advance to the next bracket. Losing team will automatically be entered into the losing bracket according to their seeding during the regular season. If a team in the losing bracket loses another match, they are eliminated from the playoffs.
Semifinals and Final matches will be played at a best of 5 games series. First team to win 3 games wins the match.
Sudden Death Battle Royal Competition Format and Rules
Sudden death rules apply except with a twist, this will be a 2 on 2 sudden death match using the full gym. 2 players will form to be a team and play against another 2 player team. Each player will hold 2 balls at the start of the match. 2 extra balls will be placed on the center line of the court. Teams will be able to cross the center line after the start of the game. First team to eliminate both opponents win.
There will be no reactivating another player. Once you are knocked out, there is no re-entering the game.
