Bowling Strike Competition

April 14, 2010

Throughout the season, we have been recording the number of strikes for each player. At the end of the season, the top 4 women and top 4 men with the most strikes qualify to enter a strike competition.

In the female divsion, we had a 3 way tie with 13 strikes for 4th place. So there was a strike off between Jen L, Michelle and Elaine fighting desparately for the 4th place spot. Michelle knocking down the most pins in the strike off advances into the competition.

In the womens division, the competition was close and intense. The title was anyones for the taking. After the 3 frames, we had a tie and sudden death frames were needed to determine the Strike Queen.

In the mens division, there were a lot of explosive action with pins flying everywhere. But when it was all said and done, there was only one Strike King.

Congratulations to both Cat and Tony C. for winning the strike competition!
